CONSTRUCTION
The
5 Plus Homeowner's Electrical Plan
The
Plus 5 Homeowner's Electrical Protection Plan is a program
created by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
(IBEW). Simply put, it is an extended warranty on materials
and workmanship that protects the wiring in a new home for
an additional five years beyond the basic builder's one-year
warranty.
This
plan covers the original owner for work done by Spring City
Electric Inc. electricians on a newly-built home. It is provided
FREE to the new home owner.
THERE ARE NO STRINGS!
Offering
the Plus 5 Plan to home buyers takes no additional effort,
adds nothing to construction costs, and requires no involved
administrative or legal procedures.
In
the unlikely event that a problem should develop in the original
year of ownership, we correct it under terms of the builder's
contract. Then, for five more years, Spring City Electric
Inc. will continue this same protection on our own. There
will be NO CHARGE for
service
REMODELING
AND OTHER RESIDENTIAL INSTALLATIONS
Our
residential work carries a one year
warranty on non-expendable parts and one year on workmanship.
